App privacy
This notice covers the Lexiposa web app at app.lexiposa.com. The public website has a separate website privacy notice.
Who is responsible?

Account and learning data
The app processes your sign-in details, language tracks, words and source material you choose to add, practice answers and learning evidence, and technical requests needed to provide the service. Authentication uses Firebase; application hosting and backend services use Google Cloud. These operations are needed to deliver your requested app service. You can export your learning items in the app. Contact us to request access or deletion of account data.
Optional product analytics
Only if you select “Allow analytics” in the app, we load Google Analytics 4 and PostHog EU Cloud to learn which app steps are used and where people leave a flow. We send event names, page paths and limited categories such as intake source and bounded item counts. We do not intentionally send your words, answers, source images, email or names in product events. These providers may process technical identifiers and connection data. Consent is the basis for optional analytics under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining does not affect the app. You can change your choice using “Analytics settings” in the app; withdrawal stops future measurement. Your browser stores the choice locally.
Technical data and storage
The service uses technical connection data and essential browser storage to sign you in, save your work, maintain security and deliver the app. Google Cloud infrastructure may process connection data outside the EU. Analytics providers may place identifiers in browser storage after consent. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations or the stated analytics purpose; you can ask us about a specific category or request deletion.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact the address above. You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
